Return Policy

At Cat Litter Prince of Qatar®, we strive for satisfied customers and happy cats. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return under the conditions below.

Within what period can I return my order?

You can submit a return request within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Return conditions

To process a return, please take the following conditions into account:

  • Only unopened and unused bags of cat litter can be returned.

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

  • The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any damage that occurs during the return shipment is the responsibility of the sender.

  • If a returned product arrives damaged or shows clear signs of use, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value. Depending on the condition of the product, up to 75% of the purchase amount may be deducted.

Uncollected packages

When an order is delivered to a collection point and is not picked up within the required timeframe, the package will automatically be returned to us.

In this case, we charge an administrative fee of €10.00 per package. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount or, where applicable, invoiced separately.

  1. Send an email to catlitter.princeofqatar@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. After approval, you will receive the return address and further instructions.

  4. Pack the product carefully and send it to the provided address.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days using the original payment method.
