These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Cat Litter Prince of Qatar® webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries through the Cat Litter Prince of Qatar® webshop.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 – Product information

We take great care in describing our products. Images, colours, and product descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, packaging, or product presentation may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.

Article 4 – Prices

All stated prices are displayed in euros (€).

Obvious pricing or typing errors are not binding and may be corrected. Any shipping costs are clearly communicated before the order is finalised.

Article 5 – Formation of the agreement

An agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and it has been confirmed by Prince of Qatar® Cat Litter.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or request additional information if there is reason to do so.

Article 6 – Payment

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available during checkout.

An order will only be processed after successful receipt of payment.

Article 7 – Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM on the same day.

The final delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination country. Stated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered a guaranteed delivery period.

Cat Litter Prince of Qatar® is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable European consumer legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within this period.

Article 9 – Return conditions

Returns are only possible if products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a returned product is received damaged or used, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value.

Article 10 – Uncollected packages

When an order is delivered to a collection point and is not collected in time, causing the package to be automatically returned to us, we charge an administrative fee of €10.00 per package.

This amount will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately.

Article 11 – Warranty

We strive to provide products of high quality.

If a product arrives damaged or does not match the order, please report this within 24 hours of receipt by email or phone. Where possible, include clear photos of the packaging and damage so we can assess the situation quickly.

Article 12 – Liability

Cat Litter Prince of Qatar® is only liable for direct damage resulting from an identifiable failure in fulfilling the agreement.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage caused by improper or incorrect use of our products.

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Article 13 – Force majeure

Cat Litter Prince of Qatar® is not liable when obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.

Force majeure includes, among other things, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, government measures, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Article 14 – Intellectual property

All texts, images, photos, logos, designs, and other content on this website are the property of Prince of Qatar® Cat Litter or are used with permission from the rights holder.

It is not permitted to copy, publish, distribute, or otherwise use this content without prior written permission.

Article 15 – Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 16 – Applicable law

All agreements to which these terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Belgian law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
